Scrapbooking again!!!
OMG! Has it been more than 2 months since I don´t scrapbook, publish on my blog or breathe? Yes, it has!
After moving to our new home, it got really difficult to scrapbook with all the boxes I had to open! :.)
Not forgetting my new job at the Elementary school! So much work! I love it though! My 4th graders are the best! My students (especially the girls) love scrapbooking during recess! They are so cute!
Well, this weekend I organized my craft room and had my Brazilian friend Regina over! My mom and Regina had a great time (I think!) We made a cute little My Creations mini album using the La Belle Vie paper from Close To My Heart!
I also wanted to share the gorgeous flowers my mom bought at Yokes this week. Astrolmerias are magnificent! Just thought it was good to share it! With the winter coming, I kind of miss the spring already!

Some birthday gifts
When I got home, I had the urge to keep working on some amazing birthday gifts! Oh My! July has thousands of birthdays! My sister, lots of close friends, my mom-in-law and in the beginning of August, my dad and my niece ThaÃs that live in Brazil. I worked on shadowboxes (or scrapboxes if you prefer) that I love! Check the pictures out! I hope my creations inspire you!
My amazing mom (in-law) is getting a magnetic board made with a metal board decorated with scrapbook work and a beautiful little magnet that complements the whole design! For this creation I used the Close To My Heart stamps "The Best Things" and the Cricut coordinating stamps for the Art Philosophy Cartridge!
Here is the magnet that makes the magnetic board even more
interesting. It is a mini frame.
My dad's frame with our last picture taken in Brazil! I can't wait to see him soon!

Our 2nd Anniversary scrapbook & Colombian Crafty Club
Good night everybody! I've been really into my 2nd anniversary scrapbook. It will be a collection of the pictures we took on our 1st anniversary (which were not taken by Jessica Raymond and consequently do not have that amazing photo quality...) as well as our 2nd anniversary and maybe our 3rd and 4th if there is space!
The pictures I've been using on the pages below are from our 2nd anniversary and I've really enjoyed scrapbooking on them. I used the beautiful Close To My Heart Stamps. The specific ones used on these pages are: Card Word Puzzle, The Best Things, Pemberley Workshop and Love Clusters. Some of the ink pads used to ink the paper were the Indian Corn Blue, Desert Sand and Cocoa. Just absolutely simple and beautiful!

using the Florentine paper. We used the inking technique to give our pages a
more detailed look. We all had fun, ate some good finger food and got ready for
our next meeting on August 7th at 5 p.m. Wanna join us?
